Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new employee paperwork and orientation to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Support Benefits Administration by processing employee enrollments, and changes and reconciling monthly billing.
  • Support Employee Development by maintaining training files and assisting with training class preparation.
  • Maintains employee personnel through a paperless HR system.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR data.
  • Assist with or coordinate employee functions such as Flu Shot clinics, United Way Campaign, HR Fleet Adm, and Biometric program.
  • Maintain poster program to ensure compliance with Federal and State required postings.
  • Supports recruiting by attending career fairs and other recruiting activities.
  • Manages employee mailings and required notices.
