  • 8+ years experience in content strategy, UX writing, content design (or whatever you happen to call it)
  • Experience working on zero to one projects and iterating on well-established, core experiences
  • Strong UX capabilities and writing competency, including information architecture, systems-design, content research, and content management
  • Experience building successful cross-functional partnerships and demonstrated product influence and user impact
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization
Responsibilities
  • Use storytelling and the craft of design to build cross-functional alignment toward a customer centric experience. You will develop a content strategy and communicate recommendations in order to influence the product development process from ideation to launch.
  • Think in multiple time horizons. You are able to pursue creative, bold ideas that challenge the status quo others have set, while breaking down how to get there in achievable milestones.
  • Shape roadmaps, working alongside product designers, researchers, product managers, analysts, and engineers to understand customer needs, define requirements, and align on business goals.
  • Find intuitive and elegant solutions, writing content that resonates with sellers and delivering well crafted, holistic experiences in service of our sellers and Cash App’s business.
  • Use insights and metrics to drive forward decisions with strong instincts on when to take calculated risks.
