Requirements
  • All applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR, defined here as a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written instructions are required.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required.
  • The ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks is required.
  • The ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements is required.
  • The position requires sitting, standing, and using hands for extended periods.
  • Visual acuity is required to detect defects and read instructions.
  • The ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally is required.
  • The ability to work with small parts, tools, and fixtures under supervision is required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform basic mechanical or electronic assembly tasks following detailed instructions.
  • Support masking, hand coating, and touch-up activities under supervision.
  • Assist in box build and final assembly operations using standard tools.
  • Prepare materials and work areas to support production flow.
  • Inspect completed work for obvious defects and report issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
  • Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and ITAR.
  • Exposure to electronics assembly processes.
