Salary Range: 35 to 40 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)

What to expect:

This is a permanent position as a Quality Control Supervisor. Once on the team, you will be deployed through SQA’s operations center based on client need and each supplier’s production schedule. Additionally, you will also be added to SQA’s database as part of an elite group eligible for additional projects in the future.

What you’ll do:

You will be overseeing a group of quality technicians, working hand and hand with the supervisor of managing, and attending meetings as needed.

What you’ll need:

Because of the nature of the product, US Citizenship is also a requirement and clean background checks are required.

You will need industry experience (10 or more years) and the ability to independently establish criteria without additional guidance or oversight. You should have prior experience working with aerostructures, as well as experience leading a manufacturing team.
