- US Citizenship with Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- 3+ years of relevant academic and professional experience
- Demonstrated programming experience with threads, sockets, or low-level system APIs
- Source control (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in at least one operating system (e.g., Windows, MacOS, Linux)
- Demonstrated experience with C programming
- Familiarity with code compilation, linking, binary assembly, etc
- Demonstrated debugging experience
- Experience with multiple architectures (e.g., ARM, X64, MIPS, etc)
- Creating tools and applications for offensive and defensive cyber operations
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions to support various cyber activities
