  • 4+ years of related HR Generalist/HRBP experience
  • Proficiency with computer applications (MS Office) and HRIS databases (SAP preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leaders across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Enhance work relationships, boost employee morale, increase productivity, and improve retention through effective coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct investigations, manage performance improvement plans, execute RIFs and terminations, and create disciplinary actions with managers.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning and Organizational Development, and Compensation to drive HR initiatives.
  • Apply HR practices and principles, ensuring adherence to company policies and HR regulations.
  • Be the go-to person for HR-related matters and support in-person initiatives in local offices.
  • Run HRIS reports, analyze data, and recommend actionable changes to drive business success.
  • Conduct exit interviews, coach employees on conflict resolution, and coordinate employee transfers and promotions.
