Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supplier quality management strategies and processes
  • Establish supplier quality standards and specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Evaluate potential new suppliers and conduct supplier audits and assessments
  • Monitor and assess supplier performance and conduct regular supplier performance reviews
  • Lead and coordinate supplier corrective action requests (SCAR) and root cause analysis activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supplier quality
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to supplier quality activities
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on supplier quality management best practices
