- Associate/Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience working cross-culturally and have some working knowledge of refugee health-related topics
- Experience navigating complex healthcare systems and advocating on behalf of vulnerable populations needing access to healthcare, preferred
- Mature and personal Christian faith
- Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
- Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief's Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document
- Ability to drive personal vehicle and a clean driving record
- Establish and maintain relationships with local medical providers
- Schedule and coordinate details for medical appointments
- Collect and file after visit summaries
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and referrals
- Implement a transition process for program participants
- Develop and provide health education classes
- Provide transportation to program participants
- Conduct program participant home visits
- Assist in other resettlement activities
- Maintain confidential documentation and client data
- Complete grant program reports
- Other duties as assigned
