Responsibilities
  • Build and improve scalable sales processes that drive productivity and align with business goals
  • Build a single source of truth to drive business outcomes and decision making
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop, manage and report performance metrics and dashboards
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure accurate forecasting
  • Own and manage technology stack
  • Facilitate evaluation, migration & deployment of CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce) & other tools
  • Work closely with finance, sales and HR leadership on designing and administering sales compensation plans
  • Develop a comprehensive onboarding program for new sales hires
  • Build and maintain training resources for existing team members
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to develop playbooks, case studies, pitch decks, and other resources
  • Build and update playbooks that outline effective sales approaches, best practices, and tactics for winning different customer segments
  • Work with marketing to ensure the sales team has the latest content and messaging
  • Collaborate with Finance to provide regular updates to sales and executive teams on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Challenger
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as SalesLoft, Highspot, or Gong
  • Knowledge of data analytics platforms like Tableau or Power BI
