- Extensive skills in molecular biology and antibody engineering methods/best practices and applications

- Extensive use of scientific databases and applications for data management and data analysis
- Experience in antibody or protein characterization
- Hands-on expertise with automated platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Lead the generation of therapeutic and reagent antibodies by phage, ribosome or yeast display technologies
- Lead biopharma programs to maintain project timeline and report progress regularly
- Contribute to display library design and construction
- Help train and supervise research associates
- Perform library construction, selection and screening to identify desirable antibodies
- Apply Ab engineering tools and expertise to design and execute antibody humanization and optimization
- Perform high throughput primary binding assays with automation
- Work collaboratively under aggressive timelines
