Our competitive edge comes from making decisions based on accurate and timely data. As a DataEngineeringManager, you will manageadata engineering team to ensure the delivery of reliable, timely, and consumable data within a software development environment.

This is a role for someone who is looking to exercise and develop their core leadership skills both from a technical and people management point of view. You will have establishedengineeringcapabilities as well as people manager capabilities. In this role, you will be managingaUS data engineering team to meet customer, business, and technology needs. You’ll be also expected to influence the team to invent, evolve, and/or deprecate data solutions.

You should have a passion for imparting knowledge and a proven ability to grow a team and lead it to success. You will show a pragmatic approach to problem-solving; your experience should be built on a solid foundation of engineering development and operational support, and you should be able to show a proven background in coaching/ people management.

The applicable salary range for this position is $141,000 - $185,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
