Responsibilities
  • Build-out Legal function to support next stage of company growth, encompassing a wide range of areas including but not limited to commercial transactions(including international opportunities), intellectual property, export control, risk management, corporate, compliance (including DCAA), employment, dispute resolution, regulatory matters, subsidiary management, et al.
  • Advise Executive Leadership and management team on key business decisions.
  • Provide guidance on capital structure matters including debt and equity financing.
  • Manage the company’s outside counsel, seeking cost-effective representation on outsourced matters.
  • Review, drafting, and negotiating CesiumAstro’s key agreements.
  • Design and manage processes/tools to support a broad range of operational activities.
  • Ad hoc legal/commercial advice on a wide range of issues.
  • Must become a trusted advisor to the CEO.
  • Must be willing to work/relocate to CesiumAstro Headquarters in Austin, TX.
