We are seeking an experienced IT Lead who can manage all of our IT systems. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining all of our IT infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are reliable, secure, and up-to-date. Additionally, experience in healthcare-related fields that require endpoint monitoring is necessary.

You will...

• Provide technical support to staff including access management, onboarding, and offboarding

• Manage all of our IT systems - primarily SaaS using Google Workspace, Apple laptops with JAMF, and PCs with intune

• Facility IT management including Cisco Meraki, power to desks, keyboard, video, mouse setup and conference room configurations with Google Meet and Apple TVs

• Work with customer delivery teams to help integrate our product with our customer’s IT teams 

• Setup and manage site-to-site IPSec VPNs on Google Cloud Platform using terraform

• Manage routing and access control lists with Tailscale

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures

• Monitor and manage endpoints in healthcare-related fields

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

You’re a great fit for our team because...

• 5+ years of experience in managing IT systems

• Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF, InTune,, Duo, Azure, Google Cloud Platform networking, Tailscale, and Terraform.

• Experience with setting up and managing site-to-site VPNs and complex networking configurations with Tailscale and IPsec

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (preferred)

• Experience in healthcare-related fields that require endpoint monitoring
