  • 5+ years of experience in managing IT systems
  • Experience with Google Workspace, JAMF, InTune,, Duo, Azure, Google Cloud Platform networking, Tailscale, and Terraform.
  • Experience with setting up and managing site-to-site VPNs and complex networking configurations with Tailscale and IPsec
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare-related fields that require endpoint monitoring
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to staff including access management, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Manage all of our IT systems - primarily SaaS using Google Workspace, Apple laptops with JAMF, and PCs with intune
  • Facility IT management including Cisco Meraki, power to desks, keyboard, video, mouse setup and conference room configurations with Google Meet and Apple TVs
  • Work with customer delivery teams to help integrate our product with our customer’s IT teams
  • Setup and manage site-to-site IPSec VPNs on Google Cloud Platform using terraform
  • Manage routing and access control lists with Tailscale
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage endpoints in healthcare-related fields
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
