We’re looking for a Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager, Financial to define new standards in data-driven, persona-focused marketing. In this role, you’ll help lead messaging and positioning for our industry-leading Financial tools. You’ll also create marketing strategies and launch plans that continue to establish Procore as the best construction management platform to build on. Leading with curiosity, being a collaborative team member, the Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager for Financial will need to take a calculated approach in how we go to market for our industry specific financials personas.
As a successful Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager, Financial, you have experience in market research, polished presentation skills, and experience developing strategies and tactics to evangelize the Procore platform to our Financial tools to encourage growth and adoption for prospects and customers.
This position reports into Director, Product Marketing and has the opportunity to work remotely in the US or be based out of any of our US offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
Customer Expertise: Become the go-to expert on your persona base, with insights from macro & micro level customer feedback to inform into Product development, GTM strategies & messaging on a regular basis
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of GTM plans for new and existing products in your portfolio, and serve as the liaison between Product Management, Business Development, and Technology Partners to align GTM and launch timelines to releases for Financial Personas
Messaging & Positioning: Own the external-facing messages and collateral for product releases for the Financial persona, and ensure releases are communicated to in such a way to express the differentiated value clearly and translated into content that drives engagement across marketing channels
Analytics and Reporting: Strategize how to achieve key metrics, and monitor performance to assess the effectiveness of marketing and product initiatives
Market Research: Identify opportunities for growth and build business plans that clearly define new market, and product differentiation opportunities including trends and challenges
Event Participation: Represent Procore at industry trade events, executive forums, partner meetings, and roadshows and produce and present compelling presentations - up to 25% travel (may include domestic and international), industry events, and other Procore offices
Collaborative Partner: Ensure internal groups are aligned with go-to-market strategies, primary personas, and can properly position Procore with the necessary information and collateral to execute successfully for their remit
MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
12+ years of product marketing experience
Knowledge of SaaS platform solutions focused on financial processes is a plus
Solid marketing expertise, including launch strategy and execution, positioning, pricing, and packaging with excellent public speaking and presentation skills; ability to create high-quality presentations in Google Slides
Analytic and creative mindset; attention to detail and quality of deliverables and comfortable with deadlines and ensuring execution through measured results
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, prospects, business partners, sales, customer support, and development
Proven track record of results and demonstrated career progression
Ability to take complete ownership of your role and take initiative to find opportunities and develop plans that inspire others
