Laminate Technologies, or LamTech, supplies customized laminated panels, plywood, and other wood components used in cabinets, furniture, and fixtures. Its products are made by blending imported raw materials with American manufacturing at multiple U.S. facilities, enabling competitive pricing and shorter lead times while keeping local service. The company’s approach centers on one-source solutions for manufacturers who need tailored laminates and components. A key difference is LamTech’s ownership model: in 2024 it became 100% employee-owned through an ESOP, so every worker has a stake in the company’s success. This shared ownership, along with a growing national footprint and global sourcing, helps LamTech align its workforce with customer needs and sustain steady growth. The goal is to provide customized, cost-effective panels and parts with reliable delivery, backed by a workforce that shares in the company’s outcomes.
