Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the technology industry
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on structured process workflows
  • Ability to work on a global schedule from time to time, overlapping IST, PST and/or UTC as needed
  • Proficient in Google GSuite and other talent acquisition systems/tools
  • Proven ability to adapt to new technology and tools quickly
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment software for interview scheduling and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaders, executives, and candidates
  • Proven ability to be extremely resourceful and adaptable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Highly collaborative and a team player, with the ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Obsessed with accuracy and doing things "right"
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant experience
  • Must have access to reliable high speed internet
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the talent acquisition process from end to end, including scheduling interviews, meet and greets, and kick off meetings
  • Ensure job approvals, postings, and updates are done accurately and in a timely manner
  • Obtain offer approvals, prepare offer letters, and coordinate post-offer follow-up and onboarding processes
  • Maintain and audit tracking systems to ensure real-time accuracy and generate regular TA reports and updates
  • Coordinate internship programs, hiring drives, and training for the talent acquisition team
  • Administer ATS and other TA systems/tools
  • Provide program support as needed, such as DEI, ERG, Early Talent, and new system implementation
  • Coordinate HackerValues interview volunteers and training
  • Manage employee referral programs
  • Review applicant resumes and pipeline talent to nurture in communities as needed
  • Other ad-hoc requests as needed
