  • Maintaining close relationships with key contacts
  • Monitoring satisfaction of service and identifying and resolving issues
  • Monitoring monthly spend data and highlighting business opportunities
  • Providing meaningful insights during customer account reviews
  • Increasing business from portfolio by minimizing leakage
  • Earning trust of clients and involving in planning processes
  • Providing remote/web-based training to customers
  • Collaborating with other departments for seamless customer experience
