Requirements
- Need to determine if the merchant's business segment is eligible for the program and confirm that they accept Visa/are in compliance with Visa Regulations
- Will use internal resource applications, the internet and make phone calls to locate information and validate data
- Also will assist in merchant audit follow-up
- Need a person who can take the assignment to the next level and be willing to provide ideas to improve the process
- Looking for person who is detailed oriented and is seeking accountability for their work
- Need to effectively manage large amounts of data and develop new results-oriented tactics to streamline reporting quickly and accurately
- Need a team player who communicates well
- Position will work on projects with little direction/supervision
- Intermediate level MS Excel (this is a key requirement), keen researching skills, the ability to locate the merchant websites as well as navigate to the payment options page and then accurately interpret data, customer service-oriented
- Also, a fast learner who has the ability to perform 1:1 training with teammates is preferred
- More than 2 years work experience preferred
- College degree a plus
- Need to perform regular data inquires to assist in a) compliance analyses, b) support activity for sales incentive contracts, and c) support ad hoc client requests
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
