CENTRA Technology, Inc. (CENTRA) – an Amentum Company, is looking for a seasoned all-source intelligence analyst to join an existing team of analytic mentors supporting the Department of Homeland Security. The Homeland Group is looking for a TS/SCI-cleared Analytic Tradecraft Analyst to support an existing contract. The SME will be responsible for providing a range of mentorship and analytic tradecraft improvement services to improve the quality and customer focus of all source intelligence production.
The Analytic Tradecraft Analyst helps intelligence analysts conceptualize analytic projects, provides feedback to analysts on improving draft intelligence products, reviews finished intelligence products for adherence to IC and I&A Tradecraft guidelines, and helps design and deliver training to improve analysts’ and analytic managers’ ability to produce high quality intelligence products.
Strong candidates should also possess a combination of the following:
- At least 4+ years directly relevant experience, with at least 2+ years’ experience in an official Intelligence Community member agency.
- Experience shall include mentoring junior analysts in all source intelligence research, analysis, writing, and production processes.
- Experience reviewing and providing feedback to analysts and/or analytic managers on draft intelligence products to improve analytic quality, customer impact, and adherence to tradecraft best practices.
- Knowledge of tools and systems involved in the authorship of all source intelligence.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directives pertaining to collection and disseminated all source intelligence analysis.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years’ relevant experience OR Masters+ 4 years’ relevant experience
- 2+ years experience in an official member agency of the Intelligence Community.
- Familiarity with and experience applying Intelligence Community Directives pertaining to disseminated all source intelligence analysis.
