- Completed vocational training, preferably as a pharmaceutical technician, chemical technician, chemical production specialist, food technology specialist, or pharmaceutical, chemical, biological, or laboratory technical assistant; alternatively, comparable completed training.
- General knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice is desirable but not required.
- Willingness to work a three-shift schedule, including occasional weekend assignments.
- Ability to learn and work independently, carefully, and responsibly.
- Operate product-specific machines and equipment, including performing filter tests.
- Prepare and clean machines and equipment before and after production.
- Perform microbiological and physical in-process controls, measurements, and sample transfers.
- Support test runs and simple calibrations.
- Support commissioning and qualification of equipment for introducing new products into routine manufacturing.
- Control and maintain batch documentation, cleaning documentation, inventory organization, and logbooks.
- Follow 6S and hygiene standards during pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- General knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Distribution Practice.
