Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect.
  • Experience in healthcare X12 EDI specifications is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in building and scaling services.
  • Demonstrate expertise in database design, optimization, and scaling, ensuring data solutions are efficient, reliable, and capable of supporting future business growth.
  • Must be versed in cloud infrastructure such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Utilize extensive expertise in designing, developing, and scaling web APIs, ensuring secure, high-performance data exchange between systems, and supporting enterprise-level reliability and scalability.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare X12 EDI standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust, scalable architectures that solve complex business challenges, ensuring solutions are aligned with future growth and evolving requirements while adhering to best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on leveraging industry-leading technologies and frameworks to develop robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
  • Ensure the proper handling and processing of EDI 834 Benefit Enrollment and Maintenance files, and other healthcare-related X12 EDI files.
  • Design and implement integration solutions between internal systems and external customers and partners.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, proposing and implementing continuous improvements to the architecture and processes.
