  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 6 months' minimum experience in refugee resettlement
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to transport clients to appointments
  • Provide case support to newly arrived refugees
  • Assist newly arrived refugees to navigate appointments and community resources
  • Provide transportation to/from essential appointments
  • Provide individual coaching to refugees on self-sufficiency and integration
  • Complete online applications, maintain case files, record case notes, and data entry
  • Perform other duties as assigned
