Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in retail channel marketing, visual merchandising, in-store marketing, or related fields
  • Excellent computer skills with Office Suite: Excel and PowerPoint and Smartsheet
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing comprehensive in-store marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and sales targets to increase sales
  • Creating compelling visual displays, signage, and promotional materials to enhance in-store environment and drive customer engagement
  • Collaborating with key cross-functional teams including merchandising and operations to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts
  • Providing mentorship to team members on the retail brand marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Managing updates and communicating the retail marketing calendar to corporate and local and regional collaborators
  • Leading the creation of visually appealing in-store display, signage, and promotional materials that capture the brand aesthetic and effectively communicate key messages
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with store design, visual merchandising, and retail operations partners, as well as external creative agencies vendors
  • Ensuring timely briefings and tracking of retail marketing projects, prioritizing work, facilitating resolution of roadblocks, and providing solutions and best practices
