  • Bachelors’ degree – business management, organizational leadership, technology, or related fields
  • 15+ years of technology project management or IT consulting experience; preferably as part of or serving Fortune 500 organizations
  • 5 + years of experience configuring and leading full lifecycle Dynamics (CRM) implementations
  • 5 + year of experience managing consulting and implementation partners
  • Proven track record of leading high-profile product lifecycles in a complex global corporate setting
  • Experience with leveraging and implementing AI capabilities within Enterprise Systems space.
  • Demonstrable success navigating IT product teams through ambiguity while effectively engaging and communicating with all levels of an organization
  • Considerable experience providing post go-live support on Workday and Dynamics
  • Extensive working knowledge of change management principles and project performance evaluation processes
  • Exceptional presentation and client engagement skills
  • Experienced in implementing and sustaining best of breed SaaS applications implementations in an enterprise environment
  • Strong consultative and advisory skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Experienced in working with both internal and system integrator teams for development
  • Experience with Workday platform
  • Experience with Jira and Agile methodology
  • Experience in supporting internal and external auditors with SOX ITGC, SOD

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and managing service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations and standards.
  • Manage the budget for enterprise systems, ensuring effective resource allocation to support business priorities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, leading the adoption of new technologies where appropriate.
