Requirements
- Bachelors and 10 years of experience, or an MS/MBA and 8 years of experience preferred
- SoC/ASIC Architecture, design, implementation, or validation experience
- Extensive experience in silicon/ASIC design management or silicon program management
- Automotive industry experience desired
- Experience working with teams across multiple locations
- Understanding of silicon design, hardware and software integration challenges
- Experience working with teams across multiple location
- Own project development using well-defined metrics
- Exhibit strong executive presentation as well as written and communication skills with the ability to influence internal as well as external stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Work as part of customer engineering team and act as local technical interface for managing and driving ongoing silicon programs
- Utilize your silicon and program management skills to collaborate with internal technical leads and external teams
- Identify and prioritize program risks, drive escalations to senior management with your effective communication skills
- Drive technical issues to closure demonstrating & leading cross functional teams internally & externally in areas such as: Design, Verification, and Implementation & Validation
- Develop and build strategic relationships with internal and customer teams to improve efficiency
- Work with Product Planning teams on IP and product strategy for HPC
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned

- System Level Architecture & HW design expertise and knowledge is a plus
