Requirements
  • Bachelors and 10 years of experience, or an MS/MBA and 8 years of experience preferred
  • SoC/ASIC Architecture, design, implementation, or validation experience
  • Extensive experience in silicon/ASIC design management or silicon program management
  • Automotive industry experience desired
  • Experience working with teams across multiple locations
  • Understanding of silicon design, hardware and software integration challenges
  • Experience working with teams across multiple location
  • Own project development using well-defined metrics

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of customer engineering team and act as local technical interface for managing and driving ongoing silicon programs
  • Utilize your silicon and program management skills to collaborate with internal technical leads and external teams
  • Identify and prioritize program risks, drive escalations to senior management with your effective communication skills
  • Drive technical issues to closure demonstrating & leading cross functional teams internally & externally in areas such as: Design, Verification, and Implementation & Validation
  • Develop and build strategic relationships with internal and customer teams to improve efficiency
  • Work with Product Planning teams on IP and product strategy for HPC
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned
