Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Responsibilities
- Proven leadership and process improvement of general IT service delivery in an elevated business tempo environment. Development of key metrics and performance indicators based on business and enterprise needs. Versatility to adapt to changing environments and circumstances
- Proven leadership and ownership of IT asset management. Ownership of hardware and software lifecycle operations, inventory, renewal, and disposal practices. Software and service license management and distribution
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 business technology deployment and support across the enterprise. License usage and monitoring, service integrity monitoring and reporting, general support and administration for front-line needs
- Working knowledge of multifunction printing, conferencing hardware, general IT peripheral support, mobile devices and any other technologies that require IT assistance and support
- Proven ability to manage 3 or more direct reports in a service delivery environment and provide situational leadership and support to other IT team members, and business employees. Effective and valuable communications and reporting to company leadership
