Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ year's experience within customer service P&C including marketing to Independent Agents
- Experience providing service and support within an agency environment preferred
- Experience with a fast growing start-up company preferred
- Must demonstrate ability to problem solve and communicate well
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills including formal presentation skills before both small and large groups
- Licenses and/or Certifications: TDI P&C license and CPCU and/or CIC designation desirable
- Self-motivated and directed; ability to collaborate is a must, but you will be autonomous and expected to succeed without heavy direction
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to help others solve problems
- Flexible and willing to do what is needed to get great work done
Responsibilities
- Act as a Liaison with our carrier partners in granting appointment access to First Connect Agents
- Utilizing carrier knowledge to help consult agencies and agency owners on how best to grow business using First Connect platform and carriers
- Assists with agency communications
- Responsible for knowledge of all Carrier Markets and Products, Commission Structures and Appointment Requirements
- Assist agents with questions that arise in regards to carrier appointments and agent support via e-mail and phone
- Assists in compliance paperwork for insurance agents to onboard
