- Operate tills, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Assist with basic food prep, restocking, and cleaning tasks as required
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, allergens, and daily specials
- Support the back-of-house team during busy periods or as directed
- Report any issues with equipment, food quality, or service to the Catering Supervisor
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
