As an RFP Coordinator you will...
- Support the sales process by completing RFP documents and requests, including certifications, ESG information, requirements, and capabilities, in close collaboration with the Sales team
- Gather and organize all necessary information essential for the timely completion of RFPs
- Undertake independent initiatives, such as obtaining additional certifications and establishing a comprehensive knowledge base for RFP-related responses
- Develop a profound understanding of both the company and our product, enabling effective and accurate responses to RFPs
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, diligence, and effective communication skills within the organization
