Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with intelligence collection management
  • Experience with ISR collection, plans, and operations
  • Experience with IC-standard collection requirements management databases, tools, and processes
  • Knowledge of ISR programs, assets, sensors, and systems
  • Knowledge of multi-intelligence collection disciplines including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, GEOINT, and TECHINT
  • Knowledge of joint command and subordinate organization’s structure, role, and command relationship
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED
  • 8+ years of experience with intelligence collection management (Nice If You Have)
  • Experience as a collection manager supporting CCMD or component organizations (Nice If You Have)
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with senior military and civilian officials (Nice If You Have)
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph (Nice If You Have)
  • Bachelor's degree (Nice If You Have)
  • Completion of a DoD or IC Collection Management Course (Nice If You Have)
Responsibilities
  • Help your client monitor, manage, develop, and refine ISR collection requirements, operations, and multi-int strategies.
  • Assist with executing collection operations management processes supporting joint command tasking, synchronization, and strategy development to ensure collection requirements effectively support intelligence needs and operational end states.
  • Provide collection management expertise and time critical recommendations, often under pressure.
  • Share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring.
