- Pursuing BS/MS in CE, CS, EE, or related technical field
- Excellent debugging and critical thinking skills
- Strong programming knowledge & debugging skills in C or C++
- Understand product feature requirement and to design, develop and integrate tests with maximal coverage
- Innovate solutions to automate complex day-to-day activities related to test execution, statistics and data collection
- Gain technical skills on storage product
- Experience in scripting languages in one of Python/Perl
- Knowledge of embedded devices and firmware development concepts
