Its goal is to empower young changemakers to make meaningful impacts and contribute educational insights to society.

Simplify Jobs

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Nory closed a $37 million Series B in 2025, funding aggressive expansion.
  • The company targets the U.S. restaurant market and already has customers there.
  • Management claims 10 to 20 percent labor savings and 50 percent food waste reductions.

What critics are saying

  • Toast, Lightspeed, and Restaurant365 bundle adjacent modules, squeezing Nory's standalone pricing by 2026.
  • Nory's AI promise depends on clean integrations; broken POS data ruins outputs fast.
  • If U.S. expansion stalls after the New York launch, growth expectations collapse quickly.

What makes NORY unique

  • Nory sells an agentic AI operating system, not isolated restaurant point solutions.
  • Conor Sheridan's operator background from Mad Egg gives product credibility with multi-site restaurants.
  • Nory unifies forecasting, scheduling, ordering, payroll, and P&L control across locations.
