Requirements
  • Student working towards a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
  • Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI
  • Graduation date after May 2025
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly in a fast-paced team environment
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Global HR Services team on a full spectrum of activities including HR case management and executing Workday business processes.
  • Directly engage with team members in high impact moments through intaking, researching, and resolving team member inquiries on topics across the HR spectrum.
  • Assist with the administration and analysis of Global Compensation programs such as Job Analysis & Evaluation and compliance audits.
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of Benefits Annual Enrollment communication materials.
  • Gain an understanding of our HR Technology systems to assist in testing, reporting, and other projects as necessary.
  • Assist in the development of knowledge articles to provide team members with the resources for self-service.
