Hostinger's AI agent handles 1.5M monthly conversations, resolves 91% without human help

Hostinger, a Lithuania-based online business growth platform with over five million customers, has launched Hostinger Agent, an AI assistant that extends beyond traditional customer support to help users with marketing, SEO, content creation, and analytics. The system handles approximately 1.5 million conversations monthly and resolves 91% without human intervention. The AI integrates across customers' websites, domains, hosting, and email marketing within Hostinger's platform, enabling it to assist with tasks like creating launch campaigns and analysing performance. When specialists are needed, newly created AI CX Engineers provide guidance whilst maintaining the same conversation thread. Research firm Gartner predicts 60% of brands will use agentic AI across marketing, sales, and support by 2028. Hostinger's approach reflects a broader shift from reactive problem-solving to continuous, contextual assistance that supports ongoing business growth.

Hostinger weekly product updates: week 35, 2026.

Hostinger weekly product updates: week 35, 2026. Summarize with: Last week brought a wave of updates across Reach, WordPress, AI Builder, and Domains. Here's what's new. Reach opens its public API and adds subdomain sending. A couple of updates from Reach this week. First, the public API. Hostinger Reach now exposes more than 30 endpoints, built with more technical users in mind. Through the Hostinger Connector extension, a direct API integration, or n8n workflows, you can manage contacts, fields, tags, and segments, retrieve information on forms, campaigns, and automations, and pull profile settings like domain status and plan limits. That turns Reach into a building block you can plug into your own tools for automating workflows, syncing data, and fitting Reach wherever your tech stack lives. Hostinger has also extended sending domain support to subdomains, a standard email marketing practice that keeps your sending traffic separate from your root domain. A dedicated subdomain like mail.yourdomain.com is a pattern inbox providers trust, so it helps your deliverability. It also lets you keep yourdomain.com for the website and mail.yourdomain.com for sending, with no second domain to own or verify. Elementor support, multiple site versions, and a new ecommerce plugin for WordPress. A few WordPress updates from last week. Elementor support is now live in the Hostinger Affiliate Marketing Tools plugin. The latest version adds a custom Elementor widget that brings the full affiliate product display to Elementor users. The plugin previously supported Gutenberg blocks only, and this update brings the complete Gutenberg experience into Elementor for both platforms, Amazon and Mercado Livre. Hostinger has also added multiple versions to the AI Website Builder for WordPress, so you can generate, browse, and restore different versions of your AI-generated site. Until now, you got a single result, and if it didn't feel right, the only way forward was to regenerate the whole site and lose what you had. Now you can generate several versions to explore different directions without committing, compare them at a glance (up to five), restore any previous version safely and reversibly, and remove the ones you don't need. On top of that, Hostinger has released the Hostinger Ecommerce plugin for WordPress, a headless commerce integration that lets you run a full online store from your WordPress site. WordPress handles content, SEO, themes, and page building, while Hostinger Ecommerce runs the backend: products, orders, inventory, payments, and analytics. It's built for hosting customers who want a store without the complexity of WooCommerce, and for new Hostinger Ecommerce users who choose WordPress as their storefront. AI Builder can now revert individual code changes and build appointment businesses. In agentic mode, you can now revert code changes file by file. When a response changes multiple files, each one shows up as its own Code changes entry with a Restore button, so you can roll back a single file without undoing the whole message. Agentic mode can also build appointment-based businesses. Until recently, an agentic store could sell things you ship or download. Now it can sell time. Describe a business that runs on appointments, and the AI builds the site, the services, and the booking flow together, using its Ecommerce integration. This opens the door to all kinds of businesses, from barbershops, salons, and tattoo artists to massage therapists, personal trainers, tutors, photographers, and more. Bulk domain transfers are live. You can now transfer multiple domains to Hostinger in a single flow instead of one at a time. Before, moving a lot of domains meant going through the transfer flow domain by domain, which was slow and repetitive. Now it's a single batch action. That's all for this week. Hostinger'll be back next week with more product updates. In the meantime, you can always see what's coming next on its roadmap: https://roadmap.hostinger.com/

From idea to online store in under an hour: inside Hostinger's AI builder.

From idea to online store in under an hour: inside Hostinger's AI builder. At a YourStory-Hostinger webinar, Hostinger's Dalia Melnikiene walked founders and freelancers through building a full business website, store, and email setup using AI, live. Building a website used to mean hiring a developer, learning design tools, or wrestling with templates that never quite fit. On August 6, 2026, YourStory partnered with Hostinger for a live webinar that set out to change that equation, using artificial intelligence to turn a business idea into a working website in under an hour. The session featured Dalia Melnikiene, a product designer who has spent over three years building Hostinger's AI builder. The webinar was aimed at founders, freelancers, creators, and small business owners looking to establish an online presence without technical expertise. Watching a website come together in real time. Melnikiene began with a live demonstration, taking a business idea suggested by the audience, a consulting website called Strategic Strokes, and building it from scratch using the AI Builder. She showed how a short prompt describing the business could generate a full template, then customized it by changing colors, images, and text. She also demonstrated how to add a new section using AI, generate a blog page and its content, and explained why this matters for visibility: "It's in general very beneficial to have a blog page on your site because it helps Google to rank your site better." From there, she added WhatsApp integration for customer communication and set up a store with physical products, along with options for services, appointments, and gift cards. Describing how much the AI handles versus the user, Melnikiene said, "You are the manager. AI is your worker, so give work for the AI." Getting the business ready to go live. Using a test payment method, Melnikiene walked through the full purchase flow before adding manual payments and Razorpay for the Indian market. She then set up a custom domain and a professional business email and introduced Kodee, Hostinger's AI agent, which can audit a website, flag areas for improvement, and generate copy on request. She closed the demonstration by adding a subscription form and connecting it to Hostinger's email marketing tool, showing how form submissions and new contacts flow directly into campaign setup. A poll during the session found that 84% of attendees had tried building a website before, and 53% had given up partway through. Melnikiene pointed to that gap as the reason the AI Builder exists, noting, "It's really very quick, up to an hour, and I hope you will never, never give up again." Audience questions covered migration, SEO, and the limits of the AI. The session closed with a lively Q&A, with questions coming in from the moment the demonstration began. Attendees who already had websites on platforms like WordPress wanted to know if they could move to Hostinger, and Melnikiene confirmed migration is straightforward, pointing to Hostinger's managed WordPress environment, which includes an AI assistant that can handle routine tasks like updating prices or applying discount codes automatically. Several questions came in around scale and functionality. For businesses expecting their catalog to grow into hundreds or thousands of product pages, Melnikiene suggested WordPress with WooCommerce may be a better fit than the drag-and-drop AI Builder, since it was built to handle that kind of volume, and recommended asking Kodee for advice tailored to a specific business. On dynamic functionality, she demonstrated adding elements like running text and image galleries, along with animation options for individual sections, showing that the builder isn't limited to static pages. SEO came up repeatedly. Melnikiene was clear that publishing a website does not automatically guarantee a spot on Google. Search engines need to crawl and index a site first, and rankings after that depend on factors like site speed, mobile usability, backlinks, and competition. She walked attendees back through the built-in SEO settings, which flag recommended keywords for each page and can generate content through the AI assistant. On how much control users have over the AI, she explained that the standard builder works from business context and a prompt but is not fully agentic, while a more advanced, agentic version is available for deeper customization at an additional cost. She also confirmed that the platform can generate images but not videos, and that a JavaScript-based website could be hosted on Hostinger's web and cloud hosting plans, though she deferred the finer technical details to Hostinger's developer team. Melnikiene left attendees with a final note: Hostinger's AI assistant remains available anytime to answer questions, recommend a plan, or help pick up where the demonstration left off.

The code is also easily accessible so if you wish to change anything, from a wording in the headline to the look and feel of a banner, you can do so. Of course, there is also a graphical interface for some of the simpler changes, much like how you'd edit on your PC. Get the same AI agents onboard the platform to provide automated updates on how your site is doing versus, say, a competitor and also track your most popular products, for example. Get an automated report every morning by telling the AI agent to summarise sales performance on it. Perhaps more importantly, get the AI agent to suggest how to improve your sales. Should you boost your advertising budget, for example, or drop prices to match your rivals? You still make the big decisions but AI is a guide, giving you timely and fast analysis. To make things simple, Hostinger makes use of its own Hostinger AI Agent that has more than 150 ready-to-use skills, like generating blog posts or running website search engine optimisation (SEO) audits. You can connect to your apps, from Gmail to Notion and WhatsApp for the AI to get things done. As you get more confident of the results, you can launch what Hostinger calls AI automation apps. These are basically AI assistants that are hosted on Hostinger and runs tasks for you. Good news is many of them are preprogrammed, say, for sorting your mailbox, drafting replies or managing your social media account, so they help take the load off many of the time consuming tasks that growing teams may face. And you manage them easily through the Hostinger interface without having to create separate accounts or configuring API keys. For convenience, Hostinger AI Router also lets you power any AI app through a simple gateway, using a single balance of AI credits for GPT, Claude, DeepSeek or Grok rather than managing multiple accounts.
