As a business performance analyst on our team, you’ll lead the development of creative solutions to complex problems. As a self-starter and team builder you will provide direct project management services for surge initiatives and stewardship activities across organizational stakeholders. You will analyze trends and make recommendations for process improvements. You will be periodically benchmarking how industry and other Government agencies are addressing similar well-being issues to those faced by the client. You will coordinate with leadership to prioritize potential initiatives based on workforce feedback and industry developments. You will also work closely with well-being stakeholders to create a strategic outlook for all client business areas.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in business management
- Experience with Maximo, SharePoint, and Cognos
- Experience in the Intelligence Community
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Fitness, Health Sciences, or Psychology preferred; Master’s degree a plus
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
