Requirements
  • Hands-On Transactional Accounting Leadership: Lead AP, AR, and payroll teams with a hands-on approach—jump into the trenches when needed to keep operations smooth and avoid unnecessary escalations. This role demands a problem solver mindset, not just someone who flags issues.
  • Continuous Improvement & Technology Execution: Drive process efficiencies through AI and automation initiatives independently. You’ll own tech rollouts and process improvements end-to-end.
  • Strategic M&A Integration & Scalability: Lead ERP integrations and scale thoughtfully to support growth. Balance resource planning with automation to handle acquisitions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead daily transactional accounting operations: Oversee AP, AR, and payroll teams to ensure accurate, timely processing aligned with internal controls and workflows.
  • Manage month-end close and reporting: Coordinate close activities and maintain performance dashboards tracking KPIs and team capacity.
  • Drive continuous improvement and technology adoption: Identify process bottlenecks, lead automation and AI initiatives, and implement system enhancements to scale operations efficiently.
  • Lead M&A integration efforts: Manage onboarding of acquired entities including ERP setup, data migration, and workflow alignment to ensure seamless operational transitions.
  • Provide hands-on operational support and escalation management: Act as functional expert capable of stepping into transactional roles as needed and resolving complex issues independently
