Responsibilities
Assist executive team in managing daily client communications and internal coordination
Maintain and update client records, project trackers, and performance reports
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Help prepare proposals, presentations, and client deliverables
Conduct market research and competitor analysis when needed
Monitor timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule
Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams to support project execution
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or account support role (2+ years preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
