Responsibilities
  • Assist in the operation of the department and perform additional job-related responsibilities throughout the facility as assigned or necessary.
  • Open and properly distribute multiple correspondences daily.
  • Mail and handle multiple correspondences daily.
  • Drive the company vehicle to pick up large quantities of mail from Charlotte post office boxes and the courier service.
  • Report issues or concerns immediately to the direct supervisor or HR manager.
  • Use policies, procedures, guides, data, and facts to make day-to-day decisions and involve others as needed.
  • Recognize potential problems and inform the appropriate people who can correct them.
  • Serve clients and address their needs by asking questions, using available information, and locating appropriate resources.
  • Ensure work is completed thoroughly and correctly, prioritize tasks established by the manager, meet deadlines, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Identify the steps needed to carry out required work and accept responsibility for assigned work.
  • Listen to others, ask questions about requirements, and communicate respectfully and professionally.
