Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Be comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on and off the floor frequently.
  • Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
Responsibilities
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
  • Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
  • Collect and record data to track client progress.
  • Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
  • Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
  • Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
Desired Qualifications
  • No direct Applied Behavior Analysis experience is required; paid training is provided.
  • Candidates with an active Registered Behavior Technician certification at the time of hire receive a $200 bonus on their first paycheck.
