Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience working through multiple annual planning cycles
  • Experience with capacity planning
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of Sales Operations professionals
  • Previous experience in a Field Operations role a plus
  • Experience defining and implementing KPIs and measurement systems to evaluate sales profitability and productivity
  • Experience working within or supporting SaaS or traditional technology environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives and large groups
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales leadership to define Strategy & Planning including org structure, go to market motion, KPIs, HC needs, investments and training needed for success in all segments
  • Drive annual planning process across global Sales organization, including business modeling, capacity planning, territory planning, Quota planning, coverage and rules of engagement in close partnership with Sales, Finance and other cross-functional leadership
  • Establish and maintain processes, systems and strategies that enable revenue generating teams to track and achieve KPIs
  • Deliver Operational Excellence in Pipeline, Forecast, and Reporting by delivering analytics and insights to leadership that measure key business drivers
  • Design, implement and manage sales forecasting processes that provide accurate prediction into future revenue performance
  • Oversee and optimize the go-to-market technology stack making recommendations on new tools, and facilitating discussions with vendors
  • Monitor and drive a high degree of data integrity in Salesforce and other tools to ensure the team is able to make key business decisions with confidence
  • Leveraging data, identify gaps in our current systems/processes, and recommend improvements to drive revenue growth, promote scalability, and ensure operational efficiency
  • Support key analysis such as Board materials, business reviews, and more
  • Partner with CRO to improve the sales cadence
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology company
  • Proficiency with Power BI, or similar visualization technologies
  • Proficiency with Anaplan or similar planning tools
