  • Operationally manage growth marketing channels for Houzz Pro
  • Optimize ads for revenue and profitability specific KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to launch AB tests to improve performance
  • Design and test campaign structures, ads, landing pages, bidding, and other impact driven variables
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to digest learnings and drive growth
