  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects under competing deadlines.
  • Competency to meet and/or exceed case closure quotas.
  • Team-player, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Low absenteeism.
  • Consistently punctual.
Responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize daily workload.
  • Applies for and maintains client tax accounts at the federal, state and local levels.
  • Daily processing of client mail in relation to client tax accounts.
  • Maintains relationships with state and local government agencies to aid in client service.
  • Completes quarterly and annual projects- missing tax identification numbers and tax account closures as well as missing state tax rates.
  • Completes special projects as needed.
