The Role

As our Business Systems Analyst for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) & Computer Aided Design (CAD), you will be our go-to-Moxian for providing support to our Change Control, Engineering, & Supply Chain teams. In this role you will be partnering with internal stakeholders or teams for overseeing integrations, system enhancements, documentation, and system administration for PLM & CAD. You will also be responsible for maintaining the system for reliable performance, conducting root cause & corrective actions, and working with business to drive system improvements. The products you help bring to market will transform and disrupt massive industries that haven’t seen innovation in decades. What You’ll Do:

Oversee PLM implementation, integration, and support defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time delivery.
Enable highly available, modern, efficient, and effective business systems that make information readily available
Own key administrator tasks to tailor, maintain and optimize PLM & CAD for business needs.
Identify specific business requirements & challenges; Develop and execute corresponding solutions and processes; Create and track systems tickets through resolution.

Skills to be Successful:

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Systems/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Digital Solutions Implementation, Engineering, Software Development or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience with PLM & CAD as an administrator, business analyst or equivalent.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for working cross functionally.

Shift and Compensation details:

Shift: Regular
Comp Range: $135,000-180,000

Moxion is committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for substantially similar work. Compensation displayed is a range. Maximum amounts are reserved for those candidates that exceed all experience and background requirements. We reserve the right to offer compensation based on level of experience. Moxion has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay within the San Francisco Bay area. If you live outside that region, the range is subject to change.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within the range provided above. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
