  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
  • 1 year of work experience.
  • Working knowledge of marketing, finance, HR, advertising, merchandising and operations; must maintain a keen eye for detail, be extremely detail oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills; working knowledge of IBM computer systems, Microsoft Office suite and proficiency with 10-key data entry is preferable.
Responsibilities
  • Works in tandem with Production Artists to ensure print advertising materials contain timely and accurate product and pricing information. Responsible for keeping Production Artist and Coordinator pages on-task
  • Responsible for ensuring offers/promotions are relevant and represented accurately
  • Keys all ad-centric page date to IBM Ad Planning and Connect 3 or promotions manager and validates accuracy
  • Maintains accuracy of information in IBM ad event system, which includes product SKU and SKU-to-market availability, product images, and descriptions which translate directly to the advertising vehicles
  • Responsible for database management and upkeep of IBM Ad Planning systems
  • Responsible for products' copy card content and consistency
  • Attends marketing/merchandising advertising strategy and turn-in meetings to collect all relevant product copy and sku information
  • Supports production supervisor in training and coaching new employees
