Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with licensing partners, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth, including up-selling, cross-selling, and expanding licensing categories.
  • Oversee the negotiation of licensing agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives, while also monitoring partner compliance with contract stipulations.
  • Following up on licensing opportunities following NPD calls
  • Presenting back progress with licensing deals during NPD calls
  • Providing feedback from licensors to PD teams
  • Working with PD teams on licensing approvals
  • Utilise persuasive communication techniques to craft compelling emails for potential licensors.
  • Maintain a licensing contact database and keep detailed records of meeting notes, brand updates, and progress made.
  • Report back to the Head of Licensing and product team on any developments with licensors.
  • Build and tailor pitch decks for licensor meetings and provide support during pitching, note-taking, and follow-up processes.
  • Work with agents on building licensing pipelines & closing deals
  • Building presentations on brand success including circulating success slides with licensors & retail marketing teams
  • Support relevant commercial case studies.
  • Deliver regular insights on existing and new properties for internal consideration.
  • Working with brand team on creating forecast templates for new deals
  • POS report – stay on top of licensed product performance
  • Work with licensing executive on licensing category information and hunting new trends
