Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in IT Governance, Portfolio Management, or related IT/business support functions.

Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis and organization of incoming demand, helping assess priorities and gather business case details to inform portfolio decisions.
  • Assist in maintaining governance around intake processes, including documenting requests, coordinating demand sizing activities, and preparing materials for steering/business approvals.
  • Participate in the ideation process by helping facilitate discussions with business partners and capturing initial requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute routine status update reports for business partners and leadership under the guidance of senior analysts.
  • Create and maintain basic reports, charts, and dashboards for use in presentations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with business partners, technical teams, and solution architects to help document high-level scope, effort estimates, and required teams for upcoming project work.
  • Track and update business roadmaps and portfolio data, supporting analysis of intake requests, budgets, and capacity constraints.
  • Promote adherence to portfolio standards and processes, ensuring alignment between IT resources, processes, and organizational objectives.
  • Support ongoing evaluation of demand intake workflows by providing observations and helping document recommendations from senior team members.
  • Assist with monitoring resource capacity needs and updating portfolio tools as changes occur.
  • Utilize WR SharePoint forms, Azure DevOps, and Power BI to enter data, maintain records, and support reporting needs.
  • Coordinate project onboarding activities, including gathering required approvals, tracking resource assignments, and assisting with hand-offs to the PMO or project managers
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is helpful.
  • Experience with data analytics tools or dashboards is preferred.
  • Strong soft skills such as adaptability, emotional intelligence, active listening, and perseverance.
