Responsibilities
  • Support recruiting efforts for technology roles, increasingly focused on sourcing engineers and hiring C++ engineers.
  • Learn and experiment with creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn and traditional channels.
  • Map talent markets, identify niche communities, and engage with passive candidates globally.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adjust the recruiting approach.
  • Represent the company at technical events, conferences, meetups, and universities to expand the talent pipeline.
  • Maintain a high quality bar while filling roles efficiently in a competitive global market.
  • Help shape employer branding in the technology space by refining messaging and outreach strategies.
