Responsibilities
  • Take charge of organizing logistics for trade shows and conferences, ensuring all schedules, timelines, and staff assignments are skillfully managed for smooth event execution.
  • Design and implement comprehensive booth, table, and event space layouts tailored to the unique requirements of each event, ensuring a cohesive and engaging experience that aligns with the event’s objectives and SimSpace's brand identity.
  • Take ownership of pre- and post-conference outreach efforts, including engaging prospects and customers to drive attendance and participation at our events. Ensure outreach campaigns are strategically designed to meet pre-determined numbers, effectively building anticipation and maximizing event success.
  • Leverage our established marketing and sales integrations and processes to seamlessly manage the tracking, prioritization, and execution of pre-event preparations and post-event follow-ups, ensuring alignment and efficiency at every stage.
  • Efficiently qualify and prioritize leads generated from attendee engagement to provide the sales teams with actionable contacts and owning the nurture of others.
  • Develop interactive/creative processes and activities to boost participation and coordinate with team members for a consistent brand message.
  • Analyze event data to deliver valuable insights on return on investment, aiding in strategic decision-making for future events.
  • Monitor event costs in relation to the budget and report on the findings. Track follow-up activities and measure conversion rates to evaluate the long-term impact of our events.
