Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal design verification.
  • A Bachelor's or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • Good understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Experience with analog and mixed-signal verification and tools including Virtuoso, PrimeSim/FinSim, HSPICE, Xcelium, SimVision, and WaveView.
  • Hands-on experience writing Verilog models; Verilog-A/MS and RVM model-writing experience is encouraged.
  • Hands-on experience building SPICE testbenches at block and full-chip levels.
  • Hands-on experience with SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology-based verification.
  • Hands-on experience with SystemVerilog/Property Specification Language assertions.

  • Strong experience with artificial intelligence tools and technologies, including AI-driven workflows and practical applications of artificial intelligence in real-world projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide verification support to design projects by simulating, analyzing, and debugging pre-silicon IP designs.
  • Develop test cases and stimulus to increase functional coverage for DRAM and emerging-memory architectures and features.
  • Develop and maintain testbenches and test vectors using simulation tools.
  • Run regressions for coverage analysis and improvement.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to develop new verification flows for DRAM and emerging-memory designs.
  • Participate in developing verification methodology and verification environments for advanced DRAM and emerging-memory products.

Primemas and Micron build 100TB+ AI memory system for US Department of Energy lab

Primemas Inc. showcased its CXL memory innovations at FMS 2026, highlighting its collaboration with Micron on the Abaco Project. The rack-scale compute system features over 100TB of CXL-attached shared memory, developed for the Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory to support large-scale scientific AI and HPC workloads. Primemas' CXL add-in cards, the PMA14 and PMA16, support up to 3.5TB or 4TB of DRAM capacity respectively. The cards are scheduled for shipment to Micron in September for installation in Abaco system racks. The company also unveiled SLiM, a switchless pooled memory architecture designed for AI inference workloads requiring high capacity and bandwidth. The 1U system enables multiple servers to access tens of terabytes of shared DRAM with ultra-low latency.

Micron CEO says AI demand for memory outpaces supply by 50%, unveils $10B research centre

Micron to invest $10B in AI memory research lab in Boise over next decade

Micron Technology announced plans to invest $10 billion over the next decade in a new research laboratory in Boise, Idaho, focused on advancing memory technologies and supporting future chip manufacturing.
