Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • 8+ years of experience supporting Cloud applications or infrastructure
  • 3+ years of experience with building, deployment, release automation, or orchestration as a function of a continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process
  • Experience working with microservices and containerization, including orchestration, cluster management, and container storage, including Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code environments, including automated server or network configurations, large-scale software deployments, or monitoring and testing, including CI/CD
  • Knowledge of Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date
Responsibilities
  • Design and architect efficient solutions that automate and shorten the time it takes to get new capabilities from development to production
  • Streamline the software development life cycle from development to production by leveraging the latest cloud native managed services
  • Lead efforts to incorporate open-source tools, automation, and infrastructure-as-code using Agile methodologies
  • Develop enterprise solutions that facilitate and reduce the barrier of getting code securely from concept into production
  • Implement continuous integration and deployment mechanisms that help reduce the speed to mission of critical applications and services
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience identifying and implementing automation to improve user experience
  • Experience with scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or Ruby
  • Experience with system integration using a variety of protocols, including JSON, REST, and XML
  • Experience leveraging JSON, YAML, or XML for configuration
  • Experience with the OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model or DevSecOps Maturity Model
  • Cloud Certification, including AWS, Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Google Certified Professional – Cloud Architect, or MCSE – Cloud Platform and Infrastructure Certification
